The timber hall deliveries of Janus Oy.

Janus Ltd. supplied three timber storage halls to its customers during 2016. The layouts of the halls, designed in accordance with the customers’ wishes and the door solutions have proven to be highly practical and functional solutions. 

JPJ-Wood Ltd.

In June 2016, Janus Oy delivered a timber storage hall for JPJ-Wood Ltd. in Korkeakoski. The storage hall’s area is 1,980 m2 (width 30 m, length 66 m and the interior height of the hall in the middle 9.4 m). Six sliding double doors, with a width of 8 metres and a height of 6 metres, were installed at both ends of the hall. The sliding doors also have access doors of 1.2 x 2.1 m. The ventilation equipment of the hall consists of two axial fans, one of which blows and the other one sucks air. Philips LED lamps provide the lighting.

Stora Enso Wood Products

In October 2016, a timber storage hall delivered by Janus Oy for Stora Enso Wood Products was completed in Honkalahti, Joutseno. The storage hall’s area is 2,160 m2 (width 30 m, length 72 m and the interior height of the hall in the middle 9.4 m). A sliding door fitted with automation, 9 metres wide and 7 metres tall, was installed at one end of the hall. In addition, two personnel access doors, 1.2 x 2.1 m, were installed in the hall. A Munters air dehumidifier was installed, fitted with built-in moisture control. Philips Led lamps provide the lighting for the hall.

LUNAWOOD Ltd.

In September 2016, a timber storage hall delivered by Janus Ltd. was completed in Iisalmi for LUNAWOOD Ltd. The storage hall’s dimensions are: area 1,800 m2 (width 30 m, length 60 m and the interior height of the hall in the middle 9.4 m.)  

Six sliding double doors, with a width of 8 metres and a height of 6 metres, were installed at both ends of the hall. The sliding doors were fitted with door automation remote control in order to ensure smooth logistics during use. The sliding doors also have access doors of 1.2 x 2.1 m.

The ventilation equipment of the storage hall consists of two axial fans, continuously adjustable and operating interactively, installed at both ends of the hall.
